All renters must sign a liability release form for each person renting equipment. Add 8.6% Washington State Tax. Liberty Bay Requirements
All Liberty Bay kayak rentals include boat, paddle, PFD, and one bilge pump and paddle float per group. All rentals include basic instruction and entry and exit from our dock on Liberty Bay.
Please do not paddle inside the marina and stay 50 feet back from the log boom when seals are present.
Off-Site Requirements- Approved Roof-Rack
All off site kayak rentals include boat, paddle, PFD, bilge pump, and paddle float.
Olympic recommends that each person have some previous kayak experience and that renters have the ability to safely meet all conditions they encounter. A $200 damage deposit is required for full replacement value of any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged. Weekend rentals must be picked up on Friday after 3 p.m. and returned before noon Monday. $10 cleaning fee on kayaks returned dirty. Group rates start at 8 participants.
* Off-site sailboats rentals include trailer using a 2" ball. Sailing experience required.

Reservations:We will reserve your gear in advance with full payment at time of reservation. You may cancel 48 hours before your rental for a full refund, within 48 hours you will receive NO CASH REFUND and a rental credit to be used in the same year, No shows lose all money & credits.
Late Returns: Rental equipment must be returned by closing time on the due date. Late returns are chargeable at the full daily rate for each day late.
Insurance: Covers minor repair, does not cover lost, stolen, or negligent treatment of equipment.
Deposit: Covers repair, cleaning, or replacement of equipment. All lost, stolen, or damaged equipment is payable at full retail rate and is NOT limited to your deposit. A $10 cleaning fee is charged per item for items returned dirty. Deposit will not be charged unless the equipment needs to be cleaned, repaired or replaced.
Liability Release Forms: All renters must sign a liability release form before gear can be issued.
