If at any time you’re not satisfied with the performance of an NRS product, you can contact us or for the fastest resolution reach out NRS directly for an evaluation. If they find that an NRS product is defective, they will at their option repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that it can be difficult to get that perfect piece of gear the first time around. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. We do not grant refunds or exchanges for custom, discontinued, clearance, or closeout items except due to our error or an undisclosed defect.

The NRS Spare Drink Holder can be used as a replacement for the drink holder on the Saddle Bag Cooler, the ClampIT™ Drink Holder and can be attached to the front flap of the Taj M'Haul Deck bag for a convenient place to hold your favorite beverage.
  • The plastic clip on the back includes the male and female portion of the clip. (the female portion is not usually used)
  • The male portion of the clip attaches directly to the Saddle Bag Cooler, ClampIT Drink Holder and the Taj M'Haul deck bag.
  • The lid with it's pull tab with a hook-and-loop closure keeps your drink secure in rough water and keeps spray out of your drink.
  • Rugged nylon is durable while neoprene insulation on the inside helps keep your beverage cold.
  • This cup and can holder will keep your hands free to paddle or row.
  • A mesh bottom lets water drain.
