Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. The North Water Sea Tec Tow Line is sleek, compact and unfolds to make a large wide-mouth bag that is easy to re-stuff in rough water conditions. It can be used as a waist held system or quickly converted to a deck mounted system. Simply remove the short length of rope from the outside pocket, tuck the belt portion into the pocket, and it turns into a deck mounted tow system. (Jam Cleat and Fixed Eye not included)
