This tour is great for groups of all ages and all experience levels. We paddle stable double sit-on-top kayaks. Each tour Starts with a Kayaking lesson (or refresher) and then enjoy wildlife viewing on either beautiful Liberty Bay (Poulsbo) or Port Gamble Bay (Port Gamble).

We use stable double sit on top kayaks for this tour with an option of using the Monster paddlebaord (up to 5 adults/Youth). This is a group tour so your group may be joined by others. If you want an exclusive tour on your day, at your time, please call us for arrangements (360) 297-4659. Group tours are available May - September.



This tour lasts approximately 2-3 hours and meets at 2:30 PM at your selected location.

Wildlife Tours are a great way to explore the bays, inlets, and ecology of Puget Sound with a little guidance and local knowledge from your guide. They will lead you on a pre-selected route of approximately 1-2 miles at a leisurely pace.

*We require a minimum number of 4 participants for a group wildlife tour and at least a 2 days notice but you can call (360) 297-4659 to see if we have any immediate dates scheduled that you could join.

Liberty Bay

Liberty Bay is an excellent place to head out for a tour.  It is calm, protected and full of wildlife.  Liberty Bay is a major Harbor Seal pupping ground and seal viewing is 100% certain. These tours are a great way to get out on the water with family and friends who are from out of town or who may not have a ton of on water experience.  Our guide will answer any questions, point out and educate about various wildlife and provide on water safety and guidance.

Wildlife Tours begin and end at our rental dock in downtown Poulsbo:  Address: 18743 Front Street, Poulsbo, WA 98370, and will last 2-3 hours.

Port Gamble Bay

Port Gamble Bay has one of the longest (almost 2 miles) of undeveloped shoreline in Puget Sound. Common viewing are Harbor Seals, Bald Eagles, Pristine shoreline. Port Gamble Wildlife Tours meet at our shop in Port Gamble:  Address: 32379 Rainier Ave, Port Gamble, WA 98364 and will last 2 hours.

  • Purple Martins (rare)
  • River Otters (rare)
  • Squid (rare)
  • Orca (extremely rare but have visited Liberty Bay in the past)
  • Harbor Porpoise (common, Port Gamble)

The cost of the tour includes all of the paddling gear: Kayak, Paddle, PFD and Safety Equipment and your guide.  We will ensure that you are paddling a kayak that is properly fit for you. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome.  We hope to see you out on the water!.
